End User License Agreement

Effective date: September 22, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Redstoneinvente for Halo, the macOS application, including its updates, components, documentation, and related software made available by Redstoneinvente (“Halo”). By downloading, installing, activating, purchasing, or using Halo, you agree to this EULA.

1. License Grant

Subject to this EULA and any applicable purchase terms, Redstoneinvente grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Halo on compatible Apple-branded devices that you own or control, within the device or account limits of your license, subscription, or applicable storefront rules.

If you purchase a Lifetime license, your license is perpetual and does not expire solely because Halo is later discontinued, replaced, renamed, removed from sale, or offered under different pricing.

For copies obtained through the Mac App Store, installation and use are also subject to Apple’s applicable Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Trial Use

Where offered, Halo may be used during a limited free trial. Trial access is provided solely for evaluation and may expire automatically at the end of the stated trial period. Features, duration, eligibility, and availability of a trial may change for future users.

3. Accounts, Activation, and License Validation

Halo may require an account, App Store receipt, subscription status, device identifier, license key, or other entitlement information to activate or validate access. You are responsible for keeping your account and license credentials secure.

A validly purchased Lifetime license will not be revoked solely because Halo is discontinued, its pricing changes, the Lifetime option is no longer offered, or Redstoneinvente changes its licensing model for future customers.

Redstoneinvente may suspend or terminate access only where reasonably necessary because an entitlement was fraudulently obtained, refunded, charged back, unlawfully acquired, deliberately shared beyond its permitted scope, or used in a material breach of this EULA, subject to applicable law.

4. Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

• Copy, redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or commercially share Halo or a Halo license except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive Halo’s source code.
• Bypass, disable, defeat, or interfere with licensing, activation, entitlement, payment, security, or integrity mechanisms.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.
• Use Halo, its interfaces, or related services to distribute malware, compromise systems, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable law.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Halo, its code, user interface, visual design, branding, documentation, graphics, original assets, and related intellectual property are owned by Redstoneinvente or the applicable licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership of Halo or grant rights to Redstoneinvente trademarks, logos, or branding beyond what is necessary to use the software.

6. Mac App Store Distribution

If you obtained Halo through Apple’s Mac App Store, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Redstoneinvente, not Apple.

Redstoneinvente, and not Apple, is responsible for Halo and its content, subject to applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Halo.

In the event of any failure of Halo to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, in accordance with Apple’s applicable policies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to Halo.

Redstoneinvente is responsible for addressing claims relating to Halo or your possession or use of Halo, including product liability claims, claims that Halo fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

If a third party claims that Halo or your possession and use of Halo infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Redstoneinvente, and not Apple, will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim to the extent required by applicable law.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Licenses

Halo may be offered through one-time Lifetime purchases, subscriptions, educational pricing, promotions, or other plans. The price, billing period, device limits, renewal terms, and feature eligibility shown at the time of purchase form part of your license terms.

Subscriptions. Subscription licenses remain valid while the applicable subscription is active and paid. Subscriptions purchased through the Mac App Store may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Apple’s subscription-management procedures. Mac App Store purchases, subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

Lifetime licenses. A Lifetime license provides a perpetual license to use Halo under this EULA.

A valid Lifetime license does not expire merely because:

• Halo is discontinued.
• Halo is removed from sale.
• Redstoneinvente stops offering Lifetime licenses to new customers.
• Halo’s pricing changes.
• Halo transitions to a different licensing or subscription model for future customers.
• Halo is renamed, reorganized, or succeeded by a later version of the same product.

Redstoneinvente will not convert an existing valid Lifetime license into a recurring subscription or require the original purchaser to begin making recurring payments in order to continue using the software covered by that Lifetime license.

A Lifetime license does not guarantee that Redstoneinvente will operate Halo indefinitely, maintain compatibility with future versions of macOS indefinitely, or continue developing new features indefinitely. Where technically possible, a valid Lifetime license remains valid for the version of Halo and updates made available under that license.

8. Updates and Compatibility

Redstoneinvente may provide updates, security fixes, compatibility changes, improvements, or new features. Halo’s features may be modified, replaced, or discontinued where reasonably necessary for product development, platform compatibility, security, legal compliance, or changes to third-party APIs and services.

Halo may require particular versions of macOS, hardware capabilities, permissions, entitlements, or third-party software. Continued compatibility with every past or future macOS version, Mac model, application, or external service is not guaranteed.

A Lifetime license does not create an obligation for Redstoneinvente to provide updates indefinitely or guarantee that Halo will function on future operating systems or hardware that did not exist when the license was purchased.

9. Third-Party Apps, Services, and Integrations

Halo may interact with macOS features and third-party applications, services, APIs, media providers, or integrations. Those third parties are responsible for their own products, services, availability, terms, and privacy practices. A third party may change or discontinue an API or capability in a way that affects Halo.

Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in Halo does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

10. User Content and Local Data

Some Halo features may work with files, clipboard content, notes, media information, configuration data, or other content you choose to provide to the application. You retain ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use content you provide to Halo and for maintaining appropriate backups of important data. Features that rename, compress, extract, move, copy, preview, transform, or otherwise operate on files should be used with appropriate care. Redstoneinvente does not become the owner of those files by virtue of Halo processing them.

11. Privacy

Halo’s handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Depending on the features you use, Apple or other service providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Open-Source and Third-Party Components

Halo may include open-source software or third-party components governed by separate licenses. Where a third-party license grants you rights that conflict with a restriction in this EULA, the third-party license controls for that component.

13. Support

Redstoneinvente may provide support through the support channels published on the Halo website. Support availability, response times, and supported operating-system versions may change. Nothing in this section limits support obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Halo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device, application, workflow, or third-party service.

Nothing in this EULA excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, guarantee, condition, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Redstoneinvente will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Halo, including loss of data, profits, business opportunity, or productivity.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

16. Termination

This EULA remains effective unless terminated in accordance with this section.

A validly purchased Lifetime license will not be terminated merely because Halo is discontinued, removed from sale, its pricing changes, or Redstoneinvente changes the licensing model offered to future customers.

Your rights under this EULA may be terminated if:

• Your license was obtained fraudulently or unlawfully.
• The transaction associated with the license is refunded or successfully charged back.
• You intentionally circumvent Halo’s licensing, activation, payment, or security systems.
• You distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the license in material violation of this EULA.
• You otherwise materially breach this EULA and, where reasonably possible, fail to remedy that breach after being notified.

Upon valid termination, you must stop using Halo and, where applicable, remove copies that you are no longer licensed to use. Termination does not affect provisions concerning ownership, intellectual property, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, or other terms that by their nature should survive termination.

17. Legal and Export Compliance

You must use Halo in compliance with laws applicable to you. You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a United States Government embargo and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties, to the extent this representation is required by Apple’s applicable terms.

You may not export, re-export, or use Halo in violation of applicable sanctions, export-control rules, or other legal restrictions.

18. Relationship to Other Terms

This EULA governs the software license itself. Your use of Halo may also be subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, purchase terms shown at checkout, and Apple’s applicable App Store and Media Services terms.

If mandatory law or applicable storefront rules grant you rights that conflict with this EULA, those mandatory rights or rules apply to the extent of the conflict.

19. Changes to This EULA

Redstoneinvente may update this EULA when Halo, its distribution methods, legal requirements, or business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Changes to this EULA will not retroactively convert a valid Lifetime license into a subscription or remove the perpetual nature of a Lifetime license already purchased, except where required by applicable law.

Where required by law, material changes will apply only after any required notice or consent.
